| Okay.. so the point of this blog is to keep track of losing weight. But it's not going to be like last time, I'm going to do this the healthy way and not be down on myself. :) Mainly what I'm trying to do now, to get it started, is:
-Drink 64oz of water/day (or more!) -No eating after dinner -Ice cream only a few times a week (cutting down slowly) -No/very little high fructose corn syrup -No soda -Drink more soy milk (soy protein helps grow hair healthy and burn fat) -Some sort of physical activity everyday, even if I have to exercise inside -No baking cookies/cake/brownies/etc. -Be aware of protein, carbs, etc. -Take a multi-vitamin
Yeah I know it's a lot, but I've been putting this off for a long time. I've gained 20lbs (although about half of it is muscle) in the past year, I want to get back down to that. So yes. :) It's time for change, especially since I will hae time to lose it before summer break, Six Flags, swimming, senior pictures, etc. I'm stoked.
